Movement Assessment |
| An in-depth analysis of strength, balance and joint flexibility/mobility. This is an absolute must to identify weaknesses that are holding back your on-field performance. A corrective training program can quickly yield results once this assessment is performed. This will cover all the major joints and movement patterns, including:
