Dan Blewett, Head Strength & Conditioning Coach
- As a former No.1 pitcher at UMBC, Dan has an acute understanding of the training needs of baseball players. Over two years of hard work, he increased his own peak pitching velocity from 81 to 92 miles per hour. His strength and conditioning programs are tailored to each individual and focus on developing the explosiveness required to throw and swing at high velocity, while preventing injury. Dan graduated from UMBC with degrees in Philosophy and Psychology, and is still pursuing professional baseball.
